Our full exterior clean covers soffits, fascias, gutters and windows on a scheduled 3-monthly round. Prefer just the windows? That’s priced separately below, on whatever frequency suits you.

Soffits, fascia boards, the outside of your guttering and all exterior plastics — plus your window cleaning included free, every single visit.
Larger, unusual or difficult-access properties are quoted individually — send us a photo and we’ll give you a fixed price.

Windows only, on your schedule
Prices include accessible glass, frames, sills and doors. Choose the frequency that suits you — the longer the gap between visits, the more there is to shift, so the per-visit price reflects that.

First clean reset charge
A one-off charge to get you to square one
If your home hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the first visit takes considerably longer than the ones that follow. The reset charge is added once, to your first clean only.

Your first visit = the standard price for the work + the one-off reset charge. Very heavy staining, paint, stickers, building residue or difficult access is quoted separately.

Gutter vacuuming
Debris cleared from inside the gutter run with a high-reach vacuum system, with an inspection camera showing the state of the run before we start and once it’s clear — no ladders against your house.
Conservatory-roof cleaning
Glass and panelling brought back to clear, including the bars and frames.
Large or unusual properties are quoted from photos — send a couple over and we’ll come back with a fixed price.
Payments made simple
Automated payments. No chasing, no hassle.
Payment is collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless after each visit, so there’s nothing to remember and nobody knocking for cash. Card payments are welcome too.
